Service Description

Let us make your child's vision a reality with a fabulous custom themed party! --Step 1: After booking, request medium and theme, and we will generate ideas/determine feasibility of particular project based on age and numbers. --Step 2: (optional) We will set up a private zoom session with at least one parent, the birthday celebrant, and our coordinator during which coordinator will present "mood board" and let the child and parent determine direction. --Step 3: Our coordinator will arrange the following for the event: -custom mini cake with sugar sail (we provide candles, plates, napkins, cutlery) -cupcakes for all child guests -balloon arch to match theme -themed giant poster for display in outdoor cake area -themed happy birthday sign -6 floral arrangements for tables in studio (child to request 2 favorite flowers and we do best to source them!) Includes: -2 hours at our studio -up to 12 kids (+$10/additional guest after first 12, including bday celebrant) -custom art project -decorations -special gift to bday celebrant from Artopiatogo (private lesson for 2!) -birthday crown (optional) -mini cake and cupcakes ***PLEASE NOTE*** Art Instruction to Empower, Not Impose: We celebrate each child's vision and honor their creative choices while providing gentle and easy to follow guidance. There will be a printable (free to take home and practice with!) for each child that breaks down the subject (meerkat, puppy, butterfly etc.) into simple, easy-to-follow steps for the child to practice sketching.
