Media Release

Please be advised that when your child participates in a class, we may take photographs or record a video of the class for promotional and/or training purposes. With your consent, photos of your child and your child’s artwork may be reproduced and released for use on social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram and on our website. We respect your child’s privacy and your right as a parent to choose whatever level of privacy suits your family.  If you do not give your consent for us to reproduce and share photographs of your child and/or your child’s art, simply send us an email at megan@artopiatogo.com and your child’s name will be placed on a list indicating that they will not be represented in any way on our website or social platforms. Regardless of your preference, please still check the box so you can proceed with registration. Your email will automatically place your child on the aforementioned list.

General Expectations

We strive to create a supportive and inspiring learning environment based on respect, inclusivity, and fun. To ensure the best experience for everyone, we require at least one adult to be within close proximity to their child(ren) while class is in session. We ask that all parents and children bear in mind that this is a shared experience and to do their best to avoid creating significant disturbances and/or distractions for the other participants.

 

We reserve the right to issue one non-verbal warning (sent directly through chat), followed by a direct verbal warning, and then we may have to remove you from the group if the behavior continues. Please understand this is not personal, but rather the best way for us to ensure the highest quality experience for everyone (including YOU!).
